Listed Buildings
Goldwing Developments Ltd. have developed significant expertise in the refurbishment and renovation of listed buildings, working closely with local architects and English Heritage.

Particular projects have included the refurbishment of the Grade II * Sheffield General Cemetery Gatehouse and the refurbishment of the Terminal, Grain buildings and Sheaf Yard at Victoria Quays. We have also recently completed the refurbishment of Prospect House in the Kelham Island Conservation Area to form a marketing suite for the Raven Group's residential developments in the area.

Goldwing were recently contracted by Mansell Construction Services Ltd to refurbish the listed Chimney House building in the Kelham Island district of Sheffield. The building features an impressive brick chimney soaring high above the neighbouring buildings, and the architect is currently working on designs for the internal fit-out which will be commencing shortly.

  St Mary’s had traditional pews on a step-up platform, as well as uneven flooring, which required modernising to enable easier access.

  The re-modelled St Mary’s Church now provides level access and greater flexibility for usage of space, as well as toilets and a new kitchen.
