Goldwing Developments Ltd. have extensive experience in commercial sector projects. Commercial refurbishment is an area where we have particularly specialized in, carrying out works on many notable projects for blue chip clients.
Major projects have included the refurbishment of Trianco House, Thorncliffe Park for Mountcity Investments Ltd, forming new offices, nursery facilities, gymnasium and a cafe area. We have also recently completed the refurbishment of the West Wing area for Sheffield Technology Parks on Arundel Street, forming new high specification office space for organisations in the technology sector.
