The works comprised of the construction of 4 Artists studio workshops utilising the latest 'green' technologies, with some shared toilet facilities and associated works. The external facade features stone gabion walling, Siberian Larch cladding, a 'green' feature wall, together with a green roof. The heating for the units is provided by a Daikin Altherma Air Source Heat Pump.
