Goldwing Developments Ltd are a traditional building contractor based in Sheffield working within a 40 mile radius of the city. The Company is NHBC (National House Building Council) and FMB (Federation of Master Builders) registered. We were recognized with a Certificate of Merit by the FMB for the conversion to flats of the Terminal & Grain Buildings at Sheffield's Victoria Quays which consisted of ten flats within a Grade II * Listed structure.

The Company was founded in 1993 and is managed by two directors with extensive experience in the construction industry, employing a team of tradesmen which includes bricklayers, joiners, plasterers, groundworkers and support staff. The Company also carries out other specialist works through its own select list of approved sub contractors.

Goldwing Developments Ltd specialise in commercial, educational and domestic refurbishment, new build, minor civil engineering, underpinning and hard and soft landscaping.

Our projects range in value from £5,000 to £500,000 for numerous private and public sector clients. We always concentrate on producing quality projects and strive to develop long-term relationships with each client.
